Terms of Service

SureGrounds is business software for lawn care and field-service companies: scheduling, routing, quotes, invoicing, online payments, customer communications, and a mobile crew app. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; see the Refund Policy for what happens when you do.

Payments from your customers are processed on your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Those funds flow directly to you: you are the merchant of record for your services, and refunds, disputes, and chargebacks for your work are between you and your customer. SureGrounds is not a party to the service agreements you make with your customers.

You own the business data you put into SureGrounds. You are responsible for having the right to store your customers' contact information and for using communication features lawfully — in particular, SMS features require your customers' consent and applicable registration.

Weather and soil intelligence, route suggestions, and AI-generated content are decision aids, not guarantees. You remain responsible for scheduling decisions, the work you perform, and reviewing anything AI-assisted before you rely on it.

If you receive text messages from a business that uses SureGrounds, you consented to them by providing your mobile number and opting in. Messages are service-related — appointment confirmations, reminders, invoices, and payment links. Message frequency varies with your service activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. Opting in is not a condition of purchasing any service, and mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Don't use the service to send spam, violate law, infringe others' rights, or probe or disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other tenants at risk.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed jobs.
